Before entering private practice, Max built a strong in-house legal background working with large entertainment companies. In those roles, he served as the legal point of contact for multiple unscripted television productions, overseeing complex contracts and legal matters throughout each stage of production.
His responsibilities included managing legal matters from development through post-production and final delivery. Working in a fast-paced entertainment environment required strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate legal issues involving multiple parties. This experience strengthened his ability to evaluate contracts, anticipate legal considerations, and provide practical, strategic counsel.

Max earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2016. During law school, he demonstrated a strong commitment to legal scholarship and professional development through leadership, research, and judicial experience.
He served as a Senior Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, where his dedication and contributions earned him recognition as Best Senior Editor during his third year. In this role, he refined his legal research, analytical writing, and editorial skills while collaborating on scholarly legal publications.
Max also completed an externship for a Federal District Court judge in the Central District of California. This experience provided valuable insight into the judicial process while strengthening his legal analysis, research, and writing abilities.
